We are looking for Service Management Lead, MI, IM, SRM with 10- 12 years of relevant experience and:
- Ability to define, design and implement the complete service management solution covering people, processes and tools aspects required to set up Service Integration Framework.
- Strong understanding of ways of working, cross-vendors SLAs/OLAs in a multi-vendor environment.
- Ability to build and run process governance framework in a multi-vendor environment in agreement with customer and vendors.
- Ability to interact and interface with business as well as technical organization for strategic and functional requirement gathering to build an appropriate operating model.
- Effective listening, writing and presentation skills to drive concise and persuasive communication with all levels within the organization – executive, functional and operational.
- Excellent conflict management skills to address and resolve conflicting views to ensure strong and smooth relationship between customer and vendors.
- SIAM Foundation / Professional, ITIL Certified.
