Infrastructure Service Lead (Ref 52)

We are looking for a Microsoft and Infrastructure Service Lead with higher education (Master of Bachelor) with technical/engineering or business economics background.  The incumbent should have good communication skills and experience with teamwork and project-oriented work and:

• At least 4 years of experience in general business management with applicability to the field of IT and:
• Strong communication and analysis capability
• Strong ability to abstract
• Conceptually proficient and experienced in architecture
• Broad knowledge about different domains or specific knowledge about 1 domain: Networking (WLAN, WAN, DC network, network security), Security, Data Centre, AWS, Azure, Application architecture, Information architecture, ERP, ECM, Analytics, … Certification is required!

For a Senior ICT Architect this is expected:

• EITHER broad expertise:  Senior level in three domains,  at least Mid-level in two other domains, at least Basic level in all other domains
• OR  focus on 1 domain:  Expert level  in one domain, at least Mid-level in two other domains, at least Basic level in all other domains

Additionally:

• Thorough knowledge of all domains plus proven specialist architect in at least one specialist domain (see requirements).
• Knowledge of MS Office Packages
• Knowledge of various project management factors (costs, timing, coordination, planning, estimates)
• Thorough knowledge of business engineering; able to propose business solutions that effectively combine business and technology expertise.
